Policies

   We want your shopping experience at Gerbera Designs to be as carefree as possible. If you see a product you like, just click on the "Buy" button and you will be taken immediately to your shopping cart. If you decide to continue shopping (and we hope you do!), you can reopen your shopping cart at any point by using the link in the upper right-hand corner. As always, feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns!

Payment

   We accept all major forms of payment, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We are also PayPal Verified and accept checks through the mail. 

Texas residents will pay a 8.25% Sales Tax.

Shipping

   Due to the handmade nature of our products, items may take between 7-14 days before being shipped USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days). If you are on a bit of a time constraint (forgot your best friend's birthday, let's say), contact us and we'll see what we can work out! Shipping costs are calculated based on size and weight.

Returns

   We love our covers and want to you love yours too! If you are unhappy with your purchase (excluding custom-made orders), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll be more than happy to give you store credit upon receipt. All items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Privacy

   We hate receiving SPAM just as much as you do so we guarantee that the personal information submitted to Gerbera Designs will never be sold to outside vendors. We want to make sure our customers stay happy and SPAM free!
