I Love Everything About You Print

The good thing about being married to a craft junkie is that you get all kinds of handmade things made for you. The bad thing about being married to a craft junkie is that you get all kinds of handmade things made for you!

Like it or not, I made this print for my husband’s Valentine’s Day gift. We’re not super into the holiday or anything but it’s hard not to get swept up in the pink and red loveliness of V-Day. Especially when you’re a Pinterest addict! (Check out my Valentine’s Day board on Pinterest…you’ll see what I mean.)

I sketched this print pretty casually one night so I must warn you, it’s by no means perfect (the offset arrows bug me every time I look at them!) but I thought a few of you might enjoy printing it out. First, I printed the image out on textured greeting card paper (which was the closest thing I had to watercolor paper) and then used your basic (cheap) watercolor set to add color. I kinda like how it looks just black and white but once you start playing around with color combinations, I dare you to try and stop!

In fact, painting this print was so addictive, I made waaaay too many and will be giving them away on my Facebook page as a “Thank You” giveaway in celebration of reaching 500 likes. Jump on over to Facebook if you’d like in on the fun!

Here’s the link to my Scribd page where you can download your own I Love Everything About You print. You’ll get two images per 8.5×11 sheet. Happy Valentine’s Day, Dear Reader. I really do love everything about you!

I can’t wait to print these and pull out my paints. I imagine I’ll have to make several as well. Hope you don’t mind that I linked to your project in my “Lovey Dovey Roundup”–> http://dancingcommas.blogspot.com/2012/02/lovey-dovey-round-up.html

I love this so much! You have such a neat talent. I confess to being super disappointed to find out AFTER clicking the couple of links it takes to get to the print/download button that I have to buy a Scribd membership in order to print it. I understand not everything is free, just wish it had said so up front. Darn.

Sorry, Julie! I thought I had switched the file over to Google Drive already. You should now be able to click on the file free of charge! :)
